So, today I went to Manchester to get a book signed by John Barrowman. It was an epic day. I was in line for like two an a half hours, three if you count the time the line was moving, but I managed to get next to two superior fangirls in line so it wasn't so bad at all. Actually meeting him was awesome. There wasn't time for photos though Anna got a load of him on his own and will hopefully share them soon, but he did personalise all the books and chatted which was nice. He was wearing a captain American shirt and I had my Captain American hoodie so was like "I like your shirt" and he was like "I like your hoodie" and then I flailed a bit and went away. He was lovely anyway.

After I went for sushi with the awesome people from the line then went to Forbidden planet and managed not to spend any money, which is rare. We kept running in to other people from the signing and being like "HEY I KNOW YOU".

I then got chocolate on the way back to the bus which is all I need for a happy life. So I had new friends, fangirling, autographs and chocolate. Good times.

I did managed to miss Doctor Who tonight due to being on the bus but that gave me an excuse to post the video of David Tennant shaking his fist and shouting "Barrowman" everywhere so that was all good too.
